  • Micro Ingredients offers a calm magnesium supplement made with MiracleMag, contains ionic magnesium citrate for easy digestion and absorption, offered in a sweet raspberry-lemon flavor.  
  • Each pouch contains 2 pounds of magnesium citrate with 181 servings, adults start with half a scoop (1g) daily and can then gradually increase to two scoops (5g).
